With our distinctive design, proprietary daily programming, and specialized training in Alzheimer’s and dementia care for all staff members, Town Square stands out as an innovative alternative to conventional adult day options. Each storefront, designed to resemble a 1950s-themed small town, offers activities and experiences tailored to members’ interests, hobbies, and abilities. Our daily calendar is packed with a diverse range of enjoyable activities, including themed events, live entertainment, workshops, exercise sessions, cognitive exercises, creative projects, and more. At Town Square, members are transported to another era, surrounded by the nostalgic ambiance of a 1950s community.
Our unique activity rooms, known as storefronts, are designed to evoke memories and provide comfort through vintage décor and elements. Whether it’s playing games in the Game Room, enjoying a show at the Starlite Theater, or taking a stroll in Glenner Park, each space is meticulously crafted to immerse members in a nostalgic environment where they can reminisce and share stories with their peers. Picture yourself listening to classic radio programs in the cozy atmosphere of the Little Blue House, or stepping into the vibrant world of Rosie’s Diner, complete with a functioning jukebox!

Chelsea Bridges is the Business Development and Event Manager for Town Square Perry Hall, an Adult Medical Day Center that was developed as an innovative alternative to standard adult day options. Chelsea is a graduate of Towson University with a bachelor’s in Family Science. With a background in Business Development within the behavioral health sector, Chelsea has cultivated robust connections with providers in the Maryland community. She holds the belief that collaborative efforts within a community yield greater benefits for its members. Chelsea is thrilled to be a part of the Maryland Senior Resource Network and the Town Square team.
