A paralegal and Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), Ms. Rush has specialized in the area of Elder Law since 1998. In her role as a Medicaid Supervisor for HCR Manor Care and as a paralegal in the Elder Law Department of two large law firms, she has helped numerous families obtain Medicaid benefits. Ms. Rush possesses an excellent working knowledge of both federal and state Medicaid laws.
Ms. Rush is a board member with Senior Express, a transportation charity to help seniors 55+, have access to affordable transportation). She is also a proud member of the National Association of Senior Advocates, Maryland Senior Resource Network (MSRN) and the Baltimore County Provider Council.
